Description
Huge caribou migrations still occur in Alaska where several tens of thousands animals will be on the move. The triplet on the tile are done in the x-Ray style common along the coasts.
On the backside of the tile image above, the date constantly changes. Pretty much everything I make sells in the same year that I make it. The main ingredient in my tile clay is the Bootlegger Cove Clay, and it is the clay formation underlying all of Anchorage at varying thicknesses and depths.
The “Silver Hand Artist” stamp on the backside means I’m registered with the state of Alaska as a native Alaskan artist.
All tiles are made to order, it is listed as “in-stock” so you can order and pay. Being a one-person business, it will take 2-3 weeks to make the item if it is not currently available. I can email an image of the tile once it is made for your approval before shipping.
